The latest FDA advisory panel to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men has approved sildenafil, the generic name for Viagra.
The panel’s recommendation is that men who have trouble getting or keeping an erection and who are over the age of 40 have ED.
